Short version: Use Hassil honestly for your business. Don't abuse it, don't try to reverse-engineer it, and don't use it to spam people. We'll keep it running, improve it, and treat your data with respect. If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to what you paid us.
By creating an account on Hassil ("حصّل"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms apply to all users of Hassil, including free and paid plan users.
Hassil is a payment tracking and reminder tool that helps business owners in Lebanon and the Gulf track payments from their customers and send WhatsApp reminders. Hassil is a tracking and reminder tool — it does not process payments, hold funds, or act as a financial institution.

Hassil offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are activated manually by the Hassil team after payment confirmation via WhatsApp. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to:
The free plan is limited to 5 customers. If you exceed this limit, you will be prompted to upgrade. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with reasonable notice.
You own your data. Hassil does not claim any ownership over the customer information, payment records, or business data you enter. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
We aim to keep Hassil running at all times but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts the service. We will try to notify users in advance of planned downtime. Hassil is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
Hassil is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hassil is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Hassil, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business disruption. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Hassil at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export it.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of Hassil after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the courts of Dubai, UAE.
